Working Moms: Take Back Your Life
Every year, I resolve to organize my life. My dream kitchen would consist of food in containers with cute labels (that are all typed and matching). What am I saying…I want it that way in every room. I’m a strong Type-A Virgo with a touch of OCD.
What does that mean?
Well, it means that if my life isn’t neat and organized then I start freaking out. When Allyson in Moms’ Night Out says she can “feel the house getting dirty” … I was like OMG…that’s me!!!
However, this is real life and real life is messy. Until we can afford our own home, my husband and I, and my two youngest children, sleep in one room in my MIL’s house. It’s not that there isn’t room for us, it’s that our room is the only one with air conditioning.
Yes, I fully understand that makes me sound a little bit like a weeny… but I live in Central Florida and it’s freakin’ HOT and humid here! I’m totally comfortable being a weeny!
It’s chaos everywhere!
Our room is packed with books, clothes, school supplies, and God knows what else. I plan every weekend to organize it all, but I work full-time, am enrolled in school again, and working REALLY hard to build this blog (so we can afford the house referenced above).
As every Mommy Blogger knows, there is a LOT of planning that goes into a blog. You don’t just “write articles”. You plan content, research topics, work with advertisers, review products, design photos and graphics, and NETWORK, NETWORK, NETWORK! It’s tough to keep it all organized.
In addition, both boys will be playing soccer this season (four nights a week at the soccer field) … and both will be in chorus at their school (early morning practices).
My problem was never the lack of WANTING to be more organized… it was the total lack of resources. I use two calendars on my phone… Google Calendars (because I love it), and COZI (because that one is synced to my husband’s phone.
I found a few resources here and there… but nothing that organized everything I needed to organize… or that could be edited and adjusted to my family’s needs.
I am so excited to find the Ultimate Parenting Super Bundle. It includes a school planner I can use for the kids, and a student planner I can use for me. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that both can be geared for my family.
I’m in Heaven!
The best part is that the printables can be put into a binder and I can make multiple copies of the sheets I need more of. I HATE regular planners because, with everything I have going on, I usually run out of space! Even worse they are crazy, CRAZY expensive!
With the Ultimate Parenting Super Bundle, you get much, much more than just the planners (they are just what is most important to me). You receive the tools and resources to be a much calmer mommy!
Wait… say what? You remember above where I said I start freaking out if things aren’t neat and organized? Well, with that comes major depression. I hate being like this… the frustration and disorganization makes me a very, VERY crabby mom.
I WANT to do more fun activities with my kids, and I want to teach them responsibility. Yep… there are tools for that too! The bundle contains TONS AND TONS of fun activities to do with the kids, such as Arts & Crafts, Chore Charts that make chores SUPER fun, and all kinds of cooking and safety information designed just for them!
My favorite part of the entire bundle is that access to all of the amazing resources is super cheap! I don’t know if you’re like me…but cheap is good!!
· Total value of the bundle: $1,283.96
· 35 eBooks, 10 eCourses, 2 audios, 23 printables, 9 workbooks, and 1 membership site
